This is Raspberry Pi 4 Model-B with 1 GB RAM. The Raspberry Pi 4 Model B is a single-board computer that was released by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in June 2019. It is an upgraded version of its predecessor, the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+. The Raspberry Pi 4 Model B offers significant improvements in terms of performance, connectivity, and features.

One of the key enhancements in the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B is its improved processing power. In addition to this Pi 4 is now more powerful than before with twice the RAM size than before which is  8GB of LPDDR4 SDRAM

It uses high quality 8 megapixel Sony IMX219 image sensor custom designed add-on board for Raspberry Pi, featuring a fixed focus lens. It is capable of 3280 x 2464 pixel static images, and also supports 1080p30, 720p60 and 640x480p60/90 video.

Raspberry Pi Camera V2 attaches to Pi by way of one of the small sockets on the board upper surface and uses the dedicated CSI interface, designed especially for interfacing to cameras. It is suitable for mobile or other applications where size and weight are important.

After a long wait of almost 7 years, the Raspberry Pi released the camera-3 series, the successor to the Camera module 2 series. This newest addition to the Raspberry Pi mainstream camera lineup replaces the wildly successful Camera Module 2, which was introduced in April 2016.

Featuring the same 8-megapixel image sensor as the standard Raspberry Pi camera with the infrared cut-off filter removed to increase IR light sensitivity. The Pi NoIR is compatible with all Raspberry Pi models and provides high
definition, high sensitivity, low crosstalk, and low noise image capture in an ultra small and lightweight design. The camera module connects to the Raspberry Pi board via the CSI connector which is capable of extremely high data rates and it exclusively carries pixel data to the processor.

The infrared Camera Module v2 (Pi NoIR) replaced the original PiNoIR Camera Module in April 2016. The v2 Pi NoIR has a Sony IMX219 8-megapixel sensor (compared to the 5-megapixel OmniVision OV5647 sensor of the original camera).

The Raspberry Pi Debug Probe is provided as a kit, containing the probe hardware in a plastic case, and a set of cables: a USB cable, and three different types of debug cables to cover the vast majority of use cases. While it has been designed primarily for use with Raspberry Pi debug targets, the Debug Probe provides standard CMSIS-DAP debug and UART interfaces over USB; it can therefore be used to debug other targets, or simply as a cost-effective USB-to-UART cable.

The Raspberry Pi High-Quality Camera is an affordable high-quality camera from Raspberry Pi. It offers a 12-megapixel resolution and a 7.9mm-diagonal sensor for impressive low-light performance. The M12 Mount variant is designed to work with most interchangeable M12 lenses, and the CS Mount variant is designed to work with interchangeable lenses in both CS- and C-mount form factors (C-mount lenses require the use of the C-CS adapter included with this variant). Other lens form factors can be accommodated using third-party lens adapters.

This Official Raspberry Pi M12 Lens with 12 Megapixel resolution having  8mm lense size can be use for portrait photography. The lens has 56 deg FOV. This camera module will accept any M12 mount lens. It will not work with C/CS mount lenses!
